The challenge was to transform a standard conference venue into a unified, breathing ecosystem. We needed to design a physical environment that didn't just display data, but felt alive, mirroring the personalized, human-centric experience of their platform.

Approaching the conference design as an architectural challenge created a cohesive visual thread that physically connected every touchpoint, from the main stage to the expo floor. Moving beyond standard 16:9 screens, the scenic environment wrapped speakers in dynamic, flowing imagery. The motion content synchronized with the "Storytelling as Strategy" theme, shifting from granular data points to sweeping human narratives. Conference areas were reimagined as a "user interface" for attendees. Wayfinding evolved beyond simple signage into a system of visual cues, guiding traffic flow like data moving through a network. On the expo floor, the booth operated as an experiential hub. Instead of a static backdrop, the structure acted as a physical portal into the League platform, using warmth and light to stand out in a sea of corporate blue.
